The Fashion Awards 2025

Every December, The Fashion Awards transforms the Royal Albert Hall into the most glamorous night in British fashion. But behind the red carpet, celebrity arrivals and showstopping performances are two inspiring women who make the entire production possible: Nina Ferguson and Charlotte Clark, founders of INCA Productions.

Nina and Charlotte began INCA 25 years ago with just £2,000 and a kitchen table, building it into one of the world’s leading creative production agencies. Today, they deliver global experiences for international brands such as Chanel and Loro Piana but The Fashion Awards remains one of their most defining projects.

Their partnership works because they bring completely different strengths. Nina Ferguson is the strategist, always planning several seasons ahead. Charlotte Clark is the creative force, ensuring every moment has emotion and impact. Together, they turn the British Fashion Council’s vision into a world-class cultural event.

And the scale is enormous. As Charlotte Clark explains:“The planning starts 18 months before the event… Crew size is over 500 people over the 30-hour tenancy. Plus 200 catering staff, 50 PR personnel, 70 security guards — not to mention all the show and client production teams.

“There are always challenges — especially with our red carpet being open to the elements. We scenario-plan everything and build contingency into every decision. Having a brilliant, experienced team is crucial, alongside inspiring, forward-thinking creatives.”

From weather risks to last-minute celebrity schedule changes, every minute is choreographed, rehearsed and backed by contingency plans. It’s a level of precision most people never see — and that’s exactly the point.

The Fashion Awards 2025 represents what INCA does best: blending spectacle with intention, beauty with meaning, and creativity with flawless execution.
