International Women’s Day 2022 – Inspiring Women in Business.
International Women’s Day 2022 campaign theme — #BreaktheBias — spotlights the individual and collective biases against women that fuel gender inequality and promote the imaging of a world free of stereotypes and discrimination. “Whether deliberate or unconscious, bias makes it difficult for women to move ahead,” the International Women’s Day 2022.
“Knowing that bias exists isn’t enough, action is needed to level the playing field.”
As a female-led business, we understand the injustices that women face on a daily when trying to break into the industry and the increased efforts that are required for their voices to be heard against discrimination.
We want to support our fellow female entrepreneurs in an attempt to ‘’level the playing field’’ and try and help create a world where being a woman isn’t a disadvantage, a world where women are celebrated not criticised, a world where women can be free.
