Television presenter and ‘Happy Place’ podcast host Fearne Cotton has announced her separation from musician Jesse Wood after a decade of marriage. Fearne Cotton, 43, confirmed the news on social media on December 13, 2024, expressing sadness over their decision to part ways while remaining committed to co-parenting their two children, Rex, 11, and Honey, 9.

The couple, who began dating in 2011, married in July 2014. Jesse Wood, the son of Rolling Stones guitarist Ronnie Wood, is also a musician and model. The pair had been considered one of the entertainment industry’s more private and enduring couples, frequently sharing glimpses of their family life but generally keeping their personal lives out of the spotlight.

In her announcement, Fearne Cotton emphasised the importance of their children and requested privacy during this transitional period. The couple’s split follows several life changes for Cotton, including her recent disclosure of a benign jaw tumour earlier this month.
